Our goal is for every Cairo + Bliss experience to bring a sense of comfort, beauty, and everyday luxury into your home. If something isn’t quite right, the information below explains our return eligibility guidelines, refund process, and how we handle damaged or incorrect items.
Cairo + Bliss Candles & Teas

At Cairo + Bliss Candles & Teas, we take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted products. If you experience an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Opened candles or fragrance items
- Opened teas or consumable items
- Items purchased at in-person markets or pop-up events
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To process your request, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue - Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund, depending on the circumstances
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Cairo + Bliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Event Tickets and Workshops
Tickets for workshops, experiences, or special events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest if permitted by the event organizer.
