At Cairo + Bliss Candles & Teas, we carefully package and ship each order to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, product launches, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped and does not include shipping transit time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable delivery services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- package weight
- destination
- selected shipping method

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Cairo + Bliss is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you realize an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Cairo + Bliss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
3. Reach out to us if you need assistance locating your shipment
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- weather conditions
- carrier service interruptions
- high seasonal shipping volumes
- natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
Cairo + Bliss cannot guarantee delivery dates once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Heat Exposure Disclaimer
Candles and wax-based products are sensitive to heat and may soften or shift during transit, especially during warmer months. While we take care to package products appropriately, Cairo + Bliss cannot guarantee that wax products will remain unaffected by high temperatures during shipping.
Minor melting, softening, or cosmetic changes caused by heat exposure do not affect the performance or safety of the product and are not considered defects. If your candle arrives softened due to heat, we recommend allowing it to return to room temperature before use.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To assist with your request, please provide:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged product
- photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
International Shipping
At this time, Cairo + Bliss primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
