Cairo + Bliss Candles & Teas

Cairo + Bliss hosts curated workshops, fragrance experiences, and community events designed to bring people together through scent, ritual, and creativity.

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event hosted by Cairo + Bliss, you agree to the following policies.

Ticket Purchases
Event tickets may include experiences such as:
- candle-making workshops
- fragrance or Bliss Bar experiences
- tea tastings
- collaborative partner events

Unless otherwise stated, event tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify Cairo + Bliss in advance so the guest list can be updated.

Minimum Attendance
Some events require a minimum number of attendees. Cairo + Bliss reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event if minimum attendance is not met. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or event credit.

Late Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure the best experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the event, and accommodations cannot always be guaranteed.

Event Changes
Cairo + Bliss reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to events if necessary, including:

- venue adjustments
- instructor substitutions
- minor schedule changes

Personal Responsibility
Participation in events and workshops is voluntary. Guests assume personal responsibility for their participation and agree that Cairo + Bliss is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss during events.

Food and Beverage Responsibility
Some events may include food or beverage service, including alcohol where permitted. Guests are responsible for their consumption and must comply with all venue policies and applicable laws. Valid identification may be required where alcohol is served.

Venue Policies
When events take place at partner venues, guests must also follow the venue’s rules, policies, and safety guidelines.

Photography and Media
Events may be photographed or recorded for marketing or promotional purposes. By attending a Cairo + Bliss event, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in event photos or video used on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs should notify the event host upon arrival.

Respectful Environment
Cairo + Bliss events are intended to be welcoming, creative, and respectful spaces. We reserve the right to remove any guest who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
